By completing a purchase, you accept our terms and conditions of purchase and a binding agreement is entered into between the seller and you as a customer. Please note that the terms and conditions of purchase are subject to change.

3. Price
All prices stated in the webshop include VAT. There are no hidden costs with us and the price quoted at the time of purchase includes VAT. Shipping costs are specified and included in the total amount. The various items are specified at checkout such as product cost, VAT, and shipping. We reserve the right to change prices and price errors on our products.
Please note that offers are valid while stocks last and within the timeframes specified in any promotions.
We reserve the right to make errors in our inventory. If we are missing an item that you have ordered, we will also credit the missing item, or cancel the order.
Any discount codes always apply to ordinary items and not to already discounted items.
We are not responsible for any taxes and duties that may be due to the buyer in the recipient country.
4. Products
All size recommendations are indicative and will of course not be suitable for everyone. If your product does not fit, the store is not responsible for your choice.
Images we use in the online store may differ from the actual appearance of the item.
5. Conclusion of the contract
The agreement is binding on both parties when the buyer has sent out his order to the seller. However, the agreement is not binding if there has been a typing or typing error in the offer from the seller in the ordering solution in the online store or in the buyer’s order, and the other party realized or should have realized that such an error existed.
6. Payment
With us, you can choose between the following safe and secure payment methods:

7. Delivery Methods
The methods we use are Bring’s Climate Neutral Service Package. If your order does not fit in the mailbox, it will be sent to the nearest post office. You will then receive a pick-up note by mail or notification by SMS.
We follow Bring’s rates for postage and shipping.
You can also pick up the items in our store. Then there will be no shipping costs.
Normal delivery time: 3-5 working days from the time the package is shipped from us.
8. The risk of the item
The risk for the goods passes to the buyer when she, or her representative, has received the goods in accordance with section 6. The seller is responsible for the item until it has been delivered to the buyer.
9. Right of withdrawal
At Polarull.no you have a 30-day right of exchange, return and withdrawal. To make use of the right of exchange, return and withdrawal, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt of the item. If the deadline has passed, the item(s) will be returned to the customer with a freight fee of NOK 89.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please note that the right of withdrawal only applies to consumers and not business customers.
You will receive an email when your return has been processed. When paying by card, the amount will be returned directly to the same account number that was used for the purchase.
In order to be refunded the full amount upon return, the item must be sent back in the same condition as when you received it. That is, in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and without stains or other damage.
If the original packaging is damaged, the item will be considered used.
Second-hand items
Items that have been used, have stains or other damage and are considered used will not be refunded.
Swap
Exchanges only apply to items in a different size. In the event of an exchange, the item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it – that, with all tags attached, without smell or marks.
If these requirements are not met, the item(s) will be returned to the customer with a shipping fee of NOK 89.

10. Delivery and Delay
Normal delivery time is 3-5 business days, but in some cases it may take a little more time. Please note that we reserve the right to delay periods at Posten. The maximum delivery time is 3 weeks from the time your order was placed. If your order has not been delivered within that time, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge, unless otherwise agreed.
If you have not received your package, you as a customer are responsible for letting us know within 5 weeks of your order. Your order will be deemed to have been delivered after this time.
11. Complaints in the event of a defect in the product and deadline for filing a claim
If there is a defect/defect with the product, you as a customer have the right to complain for 2 years from the time you received the product. This requires that you as a customer notify us within a reasonable time. Please contact us to document what the problem is with the item. Send a close-up photo, as well as a photo of the entire product to show the item’s shortcomings.
Please note that if the product has been used abnormally much or not for suitable use, the warranty of 2 years lapses.
If we have packed the wrong item, it is important that you notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. Then we will pay the return cost and send the correct item – given that it is still in stock. We reserve the right that the item may be sold out.
It is important that you have a receipt for your purchase. If you have the current order number for the complaint, it will be proof to us that the item was purchased in our store.
Exchanges and returns often take up to 3 weeks from the time you have sent the item back.
A return form is always enclosed in the shipment.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package reaches the seller. If you choose a tracking package, you are absolutely sure that it will not disappear. If you choose a cheaper variant without tracking, you have less control over where your package is.
12. The seller’s rights in the event of the buyer’s default
If the buyer fails to pick up the ordered goods, Polarull will charge the buyer a fee, i.e. return and handling costs (NOK 199). The fee shall not exceed the seller’s actual expenses for delivering the goods to the buyer.
13. Warranty
Guarantees given by the seller give the buyer rights in addition to those the buyer already has under mandatory legislation. A warranty thus does not entail any limitations on the buyer’s right to complain and claims in the event of delay or defects pursuant to sections 9 and 10.
14. Personal data
Personal data will not be passed on to any other parties, but only used to carry out the agreement with the buyer.
15. Age
You must be over 18 years of age to execute a trade with us.
16. Dispute resolution
Complaints must be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time; Points 9 and 10. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation.

Fill out the return form. Enter the reason for the return and which items you are returning. Make sure that the recipient address is clearly visible.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the return package reaches us. If you choose a tracking package, you have the greatest certainty that the package will arrive.
Exchanges are only possible on unused items of a different size. It is not possible to switch from one color to another, or from one product to another.
REFUND:
In order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. If the item, packaging, tags do not appear as new, it is not approved as a return.
If your return is not approved, we will consider the item’s depreciation and refund the item’s used value.
Exchange of sale items
Fill out the return form. Enter the return code and which items you are returning. Make sure that the recipient address is clearly visible.
Place the items you are returning in their original packaging with all tags attached. Return the package at the post office.

We will let you know when your return has been received and processed.
Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you a new item in the desired size, so you do not have to order the item yourself when it is at full price again.
You will receive an email from us as soon as your return has been processed and a new item has been sent out.

We will help you as best we can! Always contact customer service before returning a complaint. Then we can help you with return costs.
Complaints
If you want to make a complaint about an item you have purchased from us, we ask you to take a picture of the defect and write a short text about what is wrong. This can be sent to our customer service, and we will help you further.

Shipping errors
